Like everyone says, you need to size up. I typically wear a medium in ladies t-shirt, 38 bra, and 10 in pants.So, I initially purchased an XL based on multiple reviews. The corset once I loosened as much as possible, still was not a fit. I returned same night, and ordered 3X. Fits great .I still had to loosen quite a bit, but fits snug. I was worried about how the bottom would fit, and also fits good.elastic waist.
- The size charts are way off I wear an xl and bought a 5 lx. It was still too small
