I was excited to try out the Women's Oversized V-Neck Sleeveless Apricot Knit Sweater Vest - let's just call it the Apricot Vest for short. The color looked just as lovely as it did in the picture, and the knit felt cozy to the touch. However, upon trying it on, I found that the oversized fit was a little too oversized. I ordered a size XXL, hoping for a loose but not overwhelmingly large fit, but the vest was so big that it looked more like a tent than a cute pullover. One redeeming quality of the Apricot Vest was the irregular hem. I appreciated the added detail that made it feel more unique than other sweater vests on the market. Plus, the fall solid color was perfect for the upcoming season. Overall, I could see the Apricot Vest working for someone who wants an intentionally oversized, slouchy look or for layering over thicker clothing. However, for someone who wants a more fitted sweater vest, I would recommend sizing down or choosing a different style altogether.
