I like that it's easy to get up an running with fuelphp as well has many of its features are open source (like symfony).
It also makes use out some great third party extensions such us ORM for mysql/postgresql called DBAL which i find very useful when working in large projects where you need more control over your sql queries but don't want all those extra overhead modules installed by default - this allows me write less code! The only thing about FUEL PHO P atm would be their lack support or documentation around using PDOs instead of doctrine db connectors however they did recently release version 3 so there should hopefully not too much longer before things will improve even further :) Overall good stuff! If u're looking into learning php frameworks then give F U EL PPH O A TRY!! You'll love what you see after.
