I was very satisfied with this product. I'm writing now to find out if the manufacturer will support their product. As you can see in the photo, part of the cartridge's plastic cover has broken off. I've bought about ten cartridges over the years, so I have experience putting them in my printer. I don't know why I failed on my last attempt. If this had happened before June 2021, the manufacturer would have replaced it. I haven't printed much from home and would appreciate the manufacturer sending me a new cartridge to keep me satisfied. I need more cartridges soon.
