I have a huge head - like Pep Boy. I just can't find the right hats. Probably size 7 7/8. Maybe 8 with long hair. I ordered XX-Large and it fits great. Works with my hair, both long and short. If they were a bit bigger, they might be too big for me, but they still sit soft on my head. Don't tangle my hair. He looks good without a hat on his head. I have a natural color. The photos show grey, which I would prefer, but they only have natural and brown. It is soft and flexible enough to be folded and packed in a suitcase. I wouldn't smash it completely, but it looks packaged. find out soon.
