This is a great product the only thing I have is that it comes with a cartridge pre installed so I figured I could make some labels out of it. I used less than half a roll of labels and I ran out of ink. So my suggestion 1 is that the company just put the ink cartridge inside wrapped in plastic or if you buy the product make sure you get extra ink rolls as it won't last long. I think it installs for a while and dries up.
