Bought for my elderly mother. The doctor said she had a buildup on her lash line that was causing her eyes to water, itchy, and caked. She was treated with an antibiotic ointment that she has to use every night for an indefinite period of time. She uses rosemary oil wipes and after 3 weeks her eyes are clearing up nicely.
