DO NOT BUY! NOT SURE! (Please, moms, take care of your little one.) When I first got my 11 month old daughter into a standing position, she broke her toes and couldn't get them out! It took her a while to figure out why she was screaming in pain. This seat has a spot for your child to stand BUT when they do, the seat reclines. Yes, it has external legs that won't let it tip over, but as a mom, it's terrifying for me to see this chair tipping left to right and front to back. The chair tilted back just as she stood up, and as she was lowered her pinky toes smacked the inside right leg of the chair. She screamed and cried in pain. It's so awful to hear your baby cry in such an unusual and painful way. I contacted the company 4 days ago and they have NOT replied. I contacted Revain and within minutes they contacted me and were very helpful and apologetic. They helped me with the return and even acknowledged my troubles.
