I bought this for my 12 year old daughter - she's between child and junior sizes (and the junior/miss swimsuits are too mature too for her ) We bought a size small - she is 5ft 3"115# (very athletic and muscular) She is very active and will be in the water and on land (surfing, paddleboards, boogieboards) all summer long and needs a swimsuit , which will allow you to play sports while providing age-appropriate protection.This suit was perfect!We have a sleeveless floral suit (white background with blue and pink colors).The tank top style allows you to engage in water sports and the Zipper to move a lot adds modesty The lower leg (more like shorts for a boy) also adds age appropriate style, we love it so much I thought of a Lynddora suit for myself think for yourself!
