The PSI of your water system is a big factor in water usage and as usual no one mentions what water pressure they have because most people have no idea. But the people at the fountain usually have a good idea. My home system will cover the 30-50psi range as the hydraulic tank does its job and it was torrentially raining all over the gap. It was beauty. I'm a seasoned DIYer and the installation was even simplified with a silicone strainer/filter so you didn't even have to put silicone tape on the pipe threads. The kit includes a flow reducer which I have not used and I imagine it might be useful for users using high pressure public water systems. The stainless steel case looks very expensive and even if I live with it for a good 5 years I would consider it a steal at $18. By the way, if you can attach it to the end of the extension as shown in my review, you'll probably like it a lot more. If you start a thread, that's a real bang. You can't get good flow out of this head, the problem is with your lines, not your head.
