I really like this bag. Yes, that's right. It fits a lot of things without weight. I often just carry it over my shoulder, but I like that it has a backpack style when I want to. I wish there was a way to "tuck" or "tuck" the backpack's straps out of the way, or even detach them and just carry them around when I need them. Having said that, I've found that when I wear it over my shoulder, my kids love to each keep the shoulder strap out of the backpack area and pretend I'm their dog and they take me for walks. (Hey, they stay close and don't fight.) The zippers are incredibly smooth - almost too smooth. It was like they were unbuttoned on me several times without my knowledge. All straps are easy to adjust, almost too easy. Sometimes they don't hold their position. My real criticism of the bag is the company's customer service. I contacted them about a discoloration of my bag. As if something had been spilled on it and not wiped off. (Probably livery.) I don't know if this is the normal look of the bag or not. I don't really like the look. My husband even walked behind me and asked what was in the bag. However, the company didn't even bother to reply to me. Angry arguing with himself about whether to leave the bag or return it and find something else. UPDATE: The company has since contacted me and has worked really hard to get the product right. I respect a company that provides customer service and stands behind their product. It's not easy to find these days. Stars updated!
