Review on Religious Sterling Sideways Horizontal Adjustable by Roberto Smith

I am so disappointed. We bought this necklace as a christening gift for our daughter. At first we loved t and she loved him too. In just two weeks, the chain turned BLACK! I understand that silver tarnishes over time and needs polishing. I have a lot of silver jewelry. But under no circumstances should it go black so quickly. The cross itself has not faded, nor has the clasp. This leads me to believe that the chain is not actually silver. As we bought this before her christening and have waited to give it until the day I can return it as the return period is closed. I will find a local jeweler that does this in white gold. It's just cheap jewelry! I definitely do not recommend this item, although the design is beautiful and perfect, after only 1-2 weeks it looks terrible!
