When I opened the package I thought OMG too many parts and no instructions! However, it was very easy to inflate them. Simply locate the end of each letter with the green arrow tab, pull the tabs slightly, and use a small straw to open the tab even further. Push the straw deeper, leaving enough room to drape over your lips. When blowing on the straw, pinch or cover the opening with your fingers to prevent air from escaping while blowing. After it's puffed up, pull out the straw and pinch your tongue, then tada! Threading the letters should be easy, just arrange them the way you want to hang them, then start at one end and go through each pair of holes at the top of each letter. I did it at the last minute. So trust me, it's easy! Only thing is they don't drain easily which I think is a good thing?
