I have a small wrist. It's about 6 inches or something like that. (I have the rest in full size). I had to use a leather punch tool to make another hole in it to fit my teenage wrist. (It's the 40mm case of my watch in the photo there.) It's also a quality strap for my dive watch. I can't confirm it's "smooth as a baby's bottom" as other reviewers have noted since I never touched a baby's bottom with a chance of my own as a kid, but that was years ago and I can't remember. i was young The watch strap is fairly comfortable and smooth, and for some reason seems to be magnetic to cat hair. It's made of silicone and washes off easily, so don't worry. Oh, and it comes with a handy little tool to press down on the spring bars. Also two new spring bars in case you lose one or both somewhere under the coffee table. Nice!
