Review on VOGO Voice Platform by Troy Simpson

I like how easy it is to use with my smart home devices (esp Echo). It's not as seamless when using other platforms such as Apple HomeKit or Android Things but they are very different products so this isn't an issue for me personally. The customer service has been great - responsive at all times! Give them time though because there was some teething issues initially getting everything set up correctly which delayed our first update from 1-2 months after purchase. Once we got past those initial hurdles things went smoothly. We have now integrated several new skills into our system allowing us access to multiple services including Netflix, Spotify etc. This allows us to control these functions through one platform instead of having separate apps open and needing to switch between each app everytime something changes/takes place. Also being able to add custom commands makes life much easier than trying to remember what specific buttons do within individual applications. Our customers love.
