Best option out right and far better compared it's competitors

It is easy to use, has lots of integrations options as well as automation capabilities in place which makes working from home seamless. I can't be 100% sure about their support but I know they have some amazing customer success managers who are always willing to assist you when ever needed. The UI takes time get used too. If your team wants more flexibility than this might not suit them perfectly for now since there aren’t so many features available yet. Currently we're using this primarily to onboard new employees remotely via our own internal HR system. We've also been able to do remote training sessions through this tool along side other apps like Zoom or Slack where required due to Covid-19 restrictions (i.e. no physical office space). Working from home helps us keep distance between people by having meetings online rather than face-to-face in person. By doing everything internally via an app such as Blissfully we don't need any additional equipment at work beyond computers/phones etc., saving money! This allows me freedom to continue building my business during lockdown times while keeping everyone safe - even if just temporarily until things improve again. I like how easy they are to use, but what i do not love is their customer service team-they take forever when you call in for support! They have an amazing tool called "Bliss" which solves so many problems we used to spend hours trying to find solutions ourselves (using Google). It allows us to keep track of our users quickly & easily without having multiple spreadsheets/tools scattered around different areas within my organization.

  • Great product roadmap that keeps coming out every year adding fantastic functionality;)
  • Customer Success manager was very helpful answering questions promptly throughout each stage
