Does not appear to block blue light. The picture shown on the product page does NOT match what it looks like, it looks perfectly clear. There is no blue light blocking on the packaging other than a sticker that says 'blue light blocking' which leads me to think it's just a non blue light blocking product they put a 'blue light blocking' on - Glue stickers. I went back and bought another product and obviously the other product blocks the blue light. I also have another blue light blocking screen from another manufacturer and it obviously blocks the blue light. When I try this product on my monitor, it does not block blue light. Also, screens that block blue light have a slight yellow cast. Sometimes it's so slight that you have to look at the screen from an angle to see it. I tried all angles but didn't see any yellow in this product. Avoid if your target is blocking blue light.
