I would also advise the camera owner to buy a glass cover for the back of the camera. A few bucks and preventative medicine really rules out costly repairs if the screen gets scratched. And this case only protects against scratches on the display if it completely covers the camera. Glass screen protectors, not plastic screen protectors, can be found with a simple search engine.
