OVERVIEW: I'm a big fan of Polare products. I've learned a lot about leather over the past year as I've recently reignited my love for leather goods. I recently bought a Hugo Boss shearling leather jacket and a pair of Allen Edmonds shoes. While I'm not an expert on leather tanning, I think I have a basic understanding of quality. What I do know for sure is that this skin appears to be whole grain, it has pores just like our skin. The great thing is that it absorbs leather care well if the skin dries out over time. Add some product to the skin to protect your passport cover. FIRST IMPRESSIONS: When I received the wallet it was nicely packaged and wrapped in a cloth pouch for protection. My cards slipped easily into the slots inside and I'm happy to report that I haven't noticed any storage issues. Remember that leather can change shape when exposed to heat/cold or moisture as it is a natural material. The color of the wallet is beautiful, with a nice patina effect and texture. The seams are very clean and even, there are no protruding threads. The attention to detail is excellent and should outlast years of normal use. I plan to pair this wallet with my Polare gym bag when traveling. Both are very good and excellent value for money! Pros: Quality construction Price appeal Cons: Unknown durability as I recently bought it. Summary: Super and worth every penny!
