Glow in the dark, reflective and durable Velcro
I bought these to attach the velcro to my dog's tactical vest for our late night runs down a busy road. They were easily trimmed down a bit with scissors to perfectly fit the velcro area of my dog vest (they come with velcro on both sides, I just didn't need it). A good way to warn other pedestrians or drivers. Glow in the dark works great, reflectors work great.
