It took me a few tries to get a response, and when I did, I was informed that I would be responsible for paying for return shipping and handling costs, despite the fact that I had nothing to do with causing the damage in the first place. This lack of responsibility and unwillingness to stand behind their products left me feeling frustrated and let down. Despite the possibility that the quality of their products is high, I am unable to endorse Nekteck as a result of my unsatisfactory interactions with their customer support. Nekteck fell short in this respect, which is unfortunate given how essential it is for businesses to place a priority on their customers and accept responsibility for any problems that may arise.
