I used this semester for distance learning computer science. I looked at many other stands but settled on this one because it offers two mounting options: drilled or bushed. I needed a bushing and this had to be installed in reverse order. It rotates 360 degrees and that validated my choice. Installing the plug was easy. Adjusting the arms was a challenge for the 74-year-old. The tension is really very strong and it took all my strength to force him to submit. Even adjusting the tension was difficult for me. However, once I got it where I wanted it, everything worked out. The weight of the monitors lowered my arms to the right height for me.
