I can't find my original review on this one, so I'm writing a new one. At first I was a bit unimpressed. I kind of complained that it was too much money for something you can buy and cut at Home Depot or Lowe's. While I still agree with THIS part, I have to commend this product. It's very thick plastic and saved my rug from my cats. I was a bit skeptical at first, but now I get it! I love it. One of my cats was chasing the carpet under the door and it saved her from being replaced. The only thing that bothers me a little, besides the price, is the smell. The smell of plastic is very noticeable. I'm sure that will pass over time, but just know that it will smell when you buy it. I would recommend it 150%.
