Not good value for money for an electric razor

I bought this to reduce the time I spend in the shower. I will say this: 1. Poorly shaved hair, better than a regular razor. 2. He claims there's no sound, but it's SO loud and sounds like a vibrator! I only bought this BC because of the quietness. obviously a lie, not worth it.
