I had trouble screwing it in, but that's not the product's fault. Before inserting the bulbs, make sure you slide the connector all the way back on the inside of the bulb so you can see and see exactly where to place the bulbs and twist to lock them in place. The rest of the exchange took no more than 5 minutes. Smoky contacts took a lot of effort to put on, but they're also very strong, so don't be afraid to break them. Update: Even after a week, one of the lights hasn't gone out. Oh, and the "free" smoky cases you get with the bulbs don't match. Had to buy another set from another company. 2nd update: I have to say the customer service was excellent! I sent "a" message and honestly forgot about it. About a week later I received new lamps in the mail. Only then do I remember the message I sent. After checking the mailbox, I found that I had missed two messages from them. I find it quite impressive that they still sent a replacement part even though I didn't reply.
