The dress is beautiful...I originally bought a size 4 but it turned out to be unreasonably short. 6 arrived with some shipping delays but when I opened the dress there were tiny black dots scattered on the tulle of the petticoat. It looks like they were burned to prevent material deterioration. So sad because the dress is beautiful and was the perfect length for a petite 46 inch child. Disappointed with the process and have not reordered a replacement.
