Technically good but needs work

These insoles are technically perfect - they work well and are comfortable. They've been updated in a number of ways from another, older brand with a few clever things they've done: ---- PROS ----- The area above the battery, on the heel, is padded as there is a Metal case houses battery. and that makes it convenient. - Charging is via regular [Micro] USB; other versions had a proprietary charging connector. You can use any USB cable for this. When you plug in the charging cable, it will automatically turn off the heaters in case you forgot to, so it can charge. (When charging, the LED on the heel will turn red and then blue, which means the job is done. If they were on (at the highest level) when you plugged them in, you won't see any difference, [because red the highest level means heat] , but when you unplug it you see that it is off.As for the small button on the heel to turn it on and off manually, on the other model it had to be switched from manual to remote mode by pressing it for held down for ten seconds and it was a little tricky. Here it's done so you can always use both the remote and the hand switch - and why not, it makes sense (remote and should get a new one.) - If you cutting the insoles It's best to put your current insoles on top of it so you cut cleanly, better cut a little larger than smaller and then trim when you need it as it's a little uncomfortable (this ers (replace the insoles as written in the instructions - so it's not too clunky in shoes) - you know they work great when you're in them and you get a little hot! But the real test comes when you're outside in sub-zero temperatures. Note that frostbite is not only uncomfortable, it's dangerous and bad for your circulation - even after you've warmed up! - Happy winter! on the; Many times I pressed the power button on the remote control - a small indicator light came on, symbolizing the pressing, and yet I did not feel that they were heating up. I took them out and checked the lightbulbs on the insoles. Sometimes it didn't last at all. I then turned them on by pressing the manual button on the insole and then tried the remote again and then it worked. True, even then sometimes only one insole reacted to the remote control and sometimes none at all. It looks like the problem was in the remote control or maybe the "listening antenna" in the insole. I asked the company about this and they said that if you don't use it for 24 hours the bug antenna turns off to save battery. I've heard but I think the antenna should stay on for at least 72 hours because sometimes there are 1-2 days when it's not that cold and the next day is needed. Also, as I said, sometimes only one responds (switch on or off or change the temperature). hence their insoles have no extra camber) so I don't think it's necessary and you feel a small bump. After a few weeks it calms down a bit, but you can still feel it slightly. (Maybe the arch helps if your feet are right in the demo boots.) The company said it appreciates the feedback and plans to redesign it next year. I think I'll get her back now. All in all, you can definitely get them, but since the 2021 season is already over, maybe wait until next year.
