I did a lot of research before deciding on this speaker. I was impressed by the large number of 5 star customer reviews. The price was great too. The speaker arrived well packaged. Included were a 3-foot micro-USB charging cable and a 3-foot 3.5mm audio cable; I wish they were longer but that's just my personal preference. The speaker was shipped partially charged. The instructions say it can be used while charging. The speaker connects easily and quickly, but I had trouble unplugging it from one device in order to pair it with a different source. I contacted the company and they responded quickly. Your customer service was excellent, fast, timely and courteous. They even offered to call me to make sure the device is working properly or not. After working with it for several days, the device worked as expected and have not had any problems since. Maybe it was user error? I am not sure. I also ordered a Cambridge SoundWorks OontZ Angle 3 PLUS. Angle 3 PLUS offers 30 hours of playback compared to Angle 3 which only offers 7 hours (big difference). Angle 3 PLUS is slightly larger at 6 1/2 inches. Angle 3 - 5 1/4 inches, see attached photos. I didn't notice any difference in sound quality, but my musician son did. He ordered the 3 PLUS and said it was a better speaker than his Jawbone Bluetooth speaker and half the price. I use a smaller speaker that sits on a high shelf in the shower as it is waterproof and splash proof. Other sets on my desktop. If you're considering buying a Bluetooth speaker, you should definitely check out OontZ. I would go with the Angle 3 PLUS since the price difference is only about $7 unless your goal is a smaller speaker. I have recommended this powerful little speaker to several people and they are all very happy with their purchase.
