MY PROBLEM: => I contacted Kootin through Revain and they told me to send them my email address. I did, they said "Amazon blocked your email address", have you ever had any problems with customers, shouldn't you know that? So I contacted them directly and their response was to send me a copy of the manual, they stated that the admin reset was listed in that manual, I checked the manual, it only explains how to set up admin, not how to reset it. , rejects me, etc. Waste of time.
