The best thing about potion is that it's easy for our users to engage with us using it. We can get feedback from our users on our products and services quickly and effectively through the platform. The interface of the tool isn't very user friendly or intuitive at all. It has many features but it would be better if they were more organized. Some features are very difficult to find. There is nothing much i dislike about this product. I think it's a great way for our company to connect with our clients and other users. This has helped increase customer service by providing a platform where we can easily address issues that our clients have.
