I love that you can add multiple locations into one warehouse so it's easy for me as an employee to know where everything is at any given time! It also helps us keep track of stock levels across our stores which has been incredibly beneficial this year especially during COVID-19. There are some features (like adding new products) that require more training than we've received from them thus far, but they do plan to expand their training soon enough. The platform itself isn't very intuitive - it takes several clicks here and there to get what I'm looking for. Having all my orders consolidated under 1 roof makes things easier and saves me valuable man hours by not having to make trips back and forth between different departments every day just to find out if something was placed or needs restocking.
