The most helpful aspect of this service is the 24/7 support offered. It's not only fast but always accurate. You do not get as many "gotchas" with this product you would with the more consumer oriented products which have a learning curve for new users. I think they need more training to understand how to use it effectively. The main thing is it's an all-in-one solution that covers everything from backups to server monitoring to cloud services to desktop security. We have used this service for many years now with no issues at all! They are always available when you need them & very friendly too!! This software has been so easy since we started using it about 15yrs ago. Very pleased I would highly recommend anyone who wants great customer support from start till finish. ! Nothing really just wish there was more storage space but they do offer upgrades if needed as well :).
