Great product. A little helpful tip for those who don't have a scale to measure properly. There are about 6.7 grams in a tablespoon of this powder and 15 grams in a tablespoon of water (5 grams per teaspoon). So if you're trying to mix this up and don't have a scale, you can easily do the math yourself (e.g. 1.5 tablespoons of vitamin C powder with 4 tablespoons of water gives about a 15% solution, and 2 tablespoons of vitamin C and 4 tablespoons of water gives about 20% solution). It's very easy. This is a great product and I am very happy that it is available on Amazon.
