Simple yet Powerful Cloud Based Software
I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use this software. It's not too complicated or difficult to learn how to use. The customer service is great in general. They are always willing to help when you need them. Sometimes there isn't much support from their side. If you're looking for something simple but powerful, then look into this product. This program has helped us automate our daily tasks by using it more efficiently than we did before. We have been able to cut back on paperwork and make things easier for ourselves.
Pros
- Simple design
- Easy navigation through different elements such as reports.
- Makes work processes efficient without sacrificing quality control.
- Doesn’t require training! Very intuitive even if your new at learning systems/programs similar to those used within other departments (HR)
Cons
- Not completely free; however most aspects do come with trial versions which cost nothing
