There's a lot to love in this bag! Feels good. The blue color is great. The bags are wonderful. And holds multiple books, notebooks, and even binders, which was my goal. There are three outside pockets that will fit my phone. I am very grateful for that too. On the other hand, the way the handles open makes the bag difficult to access when carried over the shoulder. It doesn't open wide unless you open it all the way. I can't penetrate the whole room when wearing a bag like I used to with other bags. Also, it would be nice if the bag handles could be removed if you want to use the strap. In any case, adding a strap feels a bit odd as the handles are sturdy and stand out hanging from each side.
