I should have gone smaller but I have 7.5 but they still work. I'm just tightening the laces. I've worn toe shoes and other minimalist shoes for years and they're great for the price, they offer a bit more protection on the sole and I work in a greenhouse so it's nice to have a little more when you're on cement all day .
