It's been three weeks since I started using it twice a day and my skin has improved a lot! I have no new breakouts or old cystic acne and almost all of my acne has come and gone. I'm so grateful, I feel more confident and would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants an immediate improvement in their skin. I'm 39 years old and I'm having (damn!) hormonal changes causing big cystic pimples under my chin, face and neck. It's embarrassing and I was desperate for a product that wouldn't cost as much as Proactive or bleach my towels and this is it! I combined this with lactic acid and tea tree lotion twice a day.
