Review on Lenovo ThinkPad UltraDock 40A90090US Packaged by Steve Guillen

I bought this dock for my office which has 2 monitors of 1920x1080 and the dock worked great. What I like is that I can put my X1 Carbon on a vertical stand for better airflow. I then tried using the dock on two ultra-wide (2560 x 1080) monitors. The dock only set the resolution for 1 of the 2 to a full 2560 x 1080 while the other had a max resolution of 1920 x 1080. Note that this is a limitation of this dock. I reluctantly bought a ThinkPad Pro Dock (40AH0135US) to support these ultrawide monitors. Lenovo has a page listing all the monitor configurations that their docking stations support. Check before you buy.
