If you're running Ethernet over a variety of other cable types and don't want to pick up crosstalk or other common interference, this is the best option out there. I am using 2.5/10Gbps ethernet and they have been confirmed to offer full speed with perfect stability with no issues no matter how many cables they are connected to, including multiple AC cables rated at over 1kW . The only downside is that they aren't that great for connection. Something like a laptop if you move it around a lot on your lap or something I'm a little worried about the connector because it can put a lot of strain on the cable if it's not bent as much. I would probably recommend Monoprice CAT7 S/FTP cables (B07GGLG6FC) for this situation as they have no problems up to 10Gbps and should be much more flexible.
