If I had known that when putting the parts together, parts always appear in step 3 of the instructions, I would have thrown this item away. I wanted to assemble it and decide if I would send it back. Well after cursing on this for almost 2 hours I pulled out my hot glue gun and E6000 glue and glued together the pieces that kept popping out. I use it in my closet to store my art and I want to do without this object. The instructions were very clear up to step 3 and then they were confusing and very unclear.
