So I didn't know what to really rate because it smells AMAZING! It makes your skin softer and more hydrated. However, my scrub brush turned blue! It was white before my son showered in it. It also left deposits of a waxy, soapy substance. I assume it's the moisturizing part of the soap. Getting off is extremely difficult. So it works as described, but you still have more dirt to clean up than before you shower. IT WILL BE DANGEROUS! For young and old. Or really everyone. I will go back and buy something else instead. It's not worth cleaning up the mess every time one of my boys takes a shower. Extremely disappointed.
