This replaced an older 27-inch Samsung monitor that was noisy, had low resolution and sometimes had a power button that didn't work. I went with the expensive NEC because I've been using NEC monitors for a long time since the heavy 15" monitor age. Multisync These monitors work quite well and are aging gracefully (still with the 30" Multisync 3090wqxi, den I got it in the late 2000s!).This monitor is very good quality and the bezels are so thin there isn't much room for a Logitech webcam :-/ I got this with a Belkin USB 3.1 C 4K cable hooked up to a surface 4 laptop works like a docking station without the brick onscreen colors are great, text is crisp, I really like the 'human' and light sensors and there are lots of controls The only disappointment is that NEC didn't include a USB-C to USB-C 3.1 cable.
