A little big. to my rating.
I bought these a year ago and thought the next size up would fit my little one now. I bought it to wear under my uniform. They are a bit tall, but maybe that's because of their small stature. The material is ok and the length is ok - I think I'll have to put them out for another year before they fit well.
Pros
- Suitable for skirts, tutus, etc. Does not replace shorts.
Cons
- Can cause an uncomfortable feeling of tightness around the waist
