5'7 125lbs and S (purple) looked too baggy. You could use the XS variant. I wanted a convert/rave cargo pant but came back for many reasons. There is too much fabric in the front (I don't need a women's slit in the front of the pants). This material looks like a nurse's coat to me. Makes me look bow-legged. The actual front pockets are more forward facing than on the hips. They're celebrated for their fun color section and really high waist.
