I bought this for a family member whose unfortunate ear shape prevents most headphones from being worn comfortably. Apple headphones, AirPods, my AirPods Pro, and pretty much everything else we tried didn't work for one reason or another. They use their phone a lot to talk, so we needed a set that offered good features while being comfortable in the ear. This one fits (literally) and works. I got it first because of the adjustable parts that fit over the ears, and also because the silicone tips protrude a bit further, taking the earbuds out of the ear itself while still providing support. We used the smallest baits and medium sized pieces and it works! This is the first set we've tried other than a custom fit. I've tried them out on myself a bit and found that the EQ on the bass is a bit heavier than my AirPods Pro and while that's not exactly my preference, they love them and use them several times a day. The touch controls work well, no complaints about that!
