Review on Enviro Shower Filter System by New Wave by Brad Wall

I used to have three of these filters (white, not a designer). Everything worked fine, did not flow and did not reduce the water pressure. However, after using one of them for a year, I couldn't open the case to change the filter. A call to support found little response. So I threw it away and just bought this designer model as a replacement. Right out of the box I tried opening the case to make sure it would open when it came time to change the filter and surprisingly it didn't open. I called support again and all they could say was try hot water and vinegar (which makes no sense since vinegar dissolves deposits and the new filter obviously doesn't). I tried anyway and as expected no luck. As if the hull were cemented. I gave up and sent it back to Revain for a refund today. This time I'm trying a competitor's product.
