Runs small. Too long if you are 5'1 and under
I bought this to help my posture while on the computer. I got the white one with the arm holes to help keep my shoulders back. I bought a size 6 which I thought would be too big but it wasn't so.make sure you buy one size bigger. However I am sort at 5'1 and my torso is very tiny. It is about 1/2 inch too long it cuts into my boobs really bad but besides that it looks and fits great feels really good on my back and the shoulder straps keep you from hunching forward. I am still giving it 4 stars it is a good product I am just too short to enjoy it
