Review on 🔌 White RAM EJ-3520-WBX Electric Trailer Jack with Drop Leg - 3,500 lb. Capacity by Jody Kashani

I had to write this review based on my experience. Not only does this jack save you the time and hassle of manually raising and lowering, but the customer service on this product has been amazing. I installed this in about 30 minutes. 1 cable to battery, 3 screws ready. Worked great, if a bit slow as others have said. There is even light. My favorite feature is the adjustable leg. Once you release the jack, you can adjust your foot height by 15-20cm in seconds by pulling the pin and pushing the jack up/down. This saves a lot of time, especially in bad weather. Customer service was way better than I expected. The switch fell apart before my last hike (just under 1 year of installation). The hand crank was great because I would get stuck with the switch/motor off. I emailed the company through Revain and they sent me a new jack. No questions, no debates, no returns. After 3-4 days I got a new jack. All in all it took about 40 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. I couldn't be happier!
