I used Oral B before switching to a BURST toothbrush to try and brush my teeth better. BURST had the softest bristles I've ever used, but I had trouble pinching the back of my small jaw like regular toothbrushes. I chose Oral B because I had fewer problems with round nozzles. The toothbrush is noisy but WOW cleans my teeth! The orange light on the back comes on when I brush too hard. It takes me almost no effort to make this toothbrush work so wonderfully. I'm not very good at flossing either, but I found that I had a lot less plaque between my teeth after brushing than with a regular BURST toothbrush. As for the problem with hitting the back of the jaw? It was resolved in the way I had hoped! I can brush my molars and behind them very well without touching a nerve.
