I really wanted to like it because I've used another highly rated brand in the past and paid $20 more than this one. Trouble is, the third time I used it, it seemed like half a bottle of fiber (step 2) swam out of the water just by pulling the stick out! Now, a few weeks later, I only have the mascara from step 1 left, but nothing in the "floating strands" bottle (step 2). Fiber makes your lashes grow so I feel like I wasted my money. I was planning to contact the seller for a replacement but missed the deadline by a day. Also, I was happy with the results when I was able to use step 1 and step 2.
